i think they really love eachother (in the sister way) i mean minako even play as a decoy prinsess, in that time she dint know usa was the princess but they allways care for eachother even fight to make usagui happy, she is always looking for usagui,

they really are close, i mean minako is the leader of the senchis and she play as decoy to be the moon princess, she is always helping usagui, remember when mamoru make usagui feel terrible, minako was there.
